What is the benefit of eating sourdough?

Sourdough improves digestion, helps to reduce blood sugar, and is a good source of nutrients such as: iron, zinc and calcium. Contains probiotics and prebiotics that support a healthy gut.

Is your bread gluten free?

No, sourdough bread is not gluten free, however all of our bread ferments for 3 days which significantly reduces the amount of gluten in it. Sourdough bread is also easier to digest, so it is a great option for people with gluten sensitivities or other digestive issues.

Where do you sell your products?

We sell all of our products at our bakery location as well as at the Pearl and Alamo Heights framer's markets.

Do you do deliveries?

No, we currently do not deliver orders, however you can order online for pickup at the bakery or at the markets. Window for market pickup closes 24 hours before market day.

Are all of your ingredients organic?

Yes, all of our products are made with organic ingredients, including our espresso beans, milks and other drink ingredients.

Are all of your products sourdough?

Yes, all of our breads and pastries are sourdough and dairy free!
